By accessing and using Cubeweb ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides radio station logging and monitoring capabilities, including but not limited to:

Audio stream recording and storage
Metadata capture and display
Silence and stream down detection (paid feature)
Alert notifications via email, SMS, or webhooks

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Record or distribute content without proper authorization
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service

5. Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed according to the selected plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Data Retention

Audio recordings are retained for the period specified in your station settings (default: 60 days). You are responsible for any longer-term archival of your content.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a grace period.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
